My composition Reflections and Lore is included on a recent CD released by Albany Records titled Reflections on the Firebird (TROY1675). The recording features the Bechtler Ensemble with guest pianist Tomoko Deguchi (pianist and artistic director of the Out of Bounds Ensemble). The recording session was conducted by Alan Yamamoto. It was recorded at Concentrix Studios in Charlotte, NC under the direction of recording engineer Fred Story. Reflections and Lore was commissioned and premiered by the Bechtler Ensemble with guest pianist Tomoko Deguchi at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in Charlotte, NC in 2015.
