I have posted the score for Momentum to my Scores page in the chamber music category. Any performance of Momentum must include the digital audio which can be obtained by contacting me. Although Momentum was conceived and composed to co-exist with Valerie Ifill’s choreography and Seth Rouser’s video, it can also be performed as a stand alone piece of music. The alto saxophone is featured throughout (with the exception of a piano solo at the mid-point of the piece). The saxophone solos were written for saxophonist Tracy Patterson. Dr. Patterson is our new saxophone instructor at Wintrhop University, an equally good jazz and legit player and good guy.
